Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya, who has introduced many newcomers through his movies, says that he has always liked working with new faces and talent as they are more flexible.

"It's a sheer joy because everyone is at your beck and call and you can change and experiment. With known faces you have restrictions, you have to finish on time, you cannot afford to make too many mistakes, " Barjatya told.

The director, who had given a chance to Salman Khan in his 1989 hit film "Maine Pyaar Kiya", will be releasing his forthcoming venture "Isi Life Mein" Dec 24, which is also full of newcomers.
